UnlockNexa Software Credit Policy

UnlockNexa Software Credit is a prepaid account balance that may only be used to purchase software products and digital services provided directly by UnlockNexa.

Software Credit is intended to provide a convenient purchasing method for customers and resellers who regularly use UnlockNexa services.

UnlockNexa Software Credit:

• can only be used to purchase UnlockNexa products and services;
• cannot be transferred between user accounts;
• cannot be withdrawn as cash;
• cannot be redeemed for cryptocurrency;
• cannot be exchanged for fiat currency;
• cannot be used to pay third parties;
• does not represent a bank account;
• does not represent a cryptocurrency or digital asset;
• does not constitute an investment product;
• is not a payment wallet or money transmission service.

Resellers may pre-fund their UnlockNexa account and use the available Software Credit for future software orders.

Each Software Credit transaction is recorded in the user's account history.

UnlockNexa reserves the right to review, suspend or reject transactions where fraud, unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms is suspected.
